Any way to have an option of setting time limits on specific devices connected to the eero?

i see you can schedule the time or downtime but what I am looking for is for me to schedule a 3 hour timer so that after being in use for 3 hours, it cuts the internet.

ah, yes. That isn’t available. To achieve device lock out, I use the apple screen time controls on my kids devices. Also Kindle offers a control for this, too.

Two things I wish for. Have the ability to choose the channels you want to run on manually. Second, have the ability to deauthenticate a device. Sometimes a device stops responding and I want to kick it off

Terrible, I have not been able to obtain quality support and the network is the slowest, the device receives 750mbps but only delivers 4mbps to the devices. In addition, the 5G network is deactivated and disappears and the entire network and equipment must be deleted and reinstalled so that it works again but after 2 weeks it disappears again

I THINK  THAT  YOU  SHOULD BE ABLE TO  PAY YOUR BILLS BY  USEING THE APP

what bill? Eero is a device. There is no bill for it. Your internet service provider leases it to you or you bought it.

WPA3 when enabled boots Tesla Gen 3 wall connectors off the network until WPA3 is disabled. I have around 100 devices and o have issues with WPA3 except for these two EV chargers. Surprisingly, 2 Tesla solar inverters and a Tesla Model Y do not have issues. I’m wondering if it’s the eero trying to force push WPA3 instead of a WPA2 option due to reading the handshake wrong.

I'm not happy I keep getting kicked off the 10 to 15 times a day your internet service sucks I've only had it for a week and it's trash I only have one device connected cuz I haven't made the switch yet to all my other devices and if it can't handle one device there's no way I'm going to switch over all my devices I'm very unhappy I can't do my job because I keep getting kicked off the internet and always have to reset it your tech support people suck your product sucks

If you have 2 wireless networks setup at the same time you will get kicked off.  You're roaming between 2 networks.

The eero system is rock solid.  I have 3 locations and 20 plus devices connected with no issue.

Sorry your support experience is not great.

By the way, eero does not provide internet service.

Go back to place of purchase for Support or call eero again.

it appears you’re misunderstanding something. You seem to be frustrated with your ISP (internet service provider) which is not eero. eero is just a brand of WiFi routers which your ISP installed for you.

Not that anything ever gets heard here, but I’m pretty fed up with eero.  I have smart devices that no longer work, I have constant drops throughout the day.  I’ve talked to tech support multiple times.  It’s just frustrating.   If my pfsense could host a WiFi network I’d honestly throw them into bridge mode until I can find something better.  I think it’s time to move on.   I also don’t understand there is a thread to talk about new features from the “lab” when literally there are no new features.  Same crap.  Different day.

Sorry it's not working out for you.  I don't work for Amazon.

I standby my original statement that eero works with no issues in 3 different networks and zip codes.

Eero support has always been great.

Are you sure you're not calling your isp?

Unfortunately the feature to prioritize video conferencing does not quite work. Zoom was glitching left and right (on a wired computer too!) when I had another computer doing a bunch of data transfers (on wifi).

Many devices cannot deal with it (at least the way eero handle it) especially IOT and it mucks it all up. Back to WPA2, all is well.

Well, sure, if you’ve got older devices that aren’t compatible, it doesn’t work very well. I don’t know that that means WPA3 sucks.
