Welcome to the eero community!
The eero community is a space for anyone, whether an eero customer or general WiFi enthusiast, to come together and discuss network connectivity, feedback about eero products, and ideas for improving our connected lives at home. We’ve made the decisions to sunset our current community, as we work towards bringing a new community to eero customers that provides improved searching, collaboration, and fosters a connection to our customers and our products.
In 2025, we've made the decision to invest in our Help Center, with the eero Community integrating into it. For now, the eero community will remain locked, preserving previous conversations and feature requests, however, no new content will be made available. We encourage you to review our Help Center for the most up to date information.
