if you turn on the conferencing and gaming control, it would be helpful to show devices that are affected.  I am also having trouble forcing one device to 5g connection.  I would also like to see wifi connection speed information and quality for each device.

Can you guys have a way better customer supports?
for sake… it’s been over a week I’m with you for a defective Eero which port 1 and wifi strength is really bad and stutter… bought 2 in July 2022 and one is acting weird since 2week… did my trouble shoot then I gave my result and the customer support isn’t helpful at all worst experience ever… anything that I do on this **** eero isn’t working still have a bad wifi and a bad port 1 … port 0 is perfect but what’s the point when you can only connect in wifi inside 5feet from it…

Crow_DH Please send us an email to support@eero.com and use the subject line "Community Followup - defective ethernet port - Crow_DH" so I can check into what is going on with this case.

Crow_DH Try sending us a new email instead of forwarding us one, we aren't seeing any emails with that subject line.  I also don't want you to put your email address on this forum thread.

Is there a way to change the local network setup?

West McKillip That can be done in the eero app under Settings->Network Settings->DHCP & NAT by moving the dot to manual IP, selecting a premade one and then modifying the values below.  If you provide the range you are trying for I can provide you with the correct numbers to put in.

A bandwidth prioritization feature, setting, or profile would be great. The “Optimize for gaming and conferences” drastically slowed download and upload speeds (20 mb down/5mb up) on my gaming pc over Ethernet to the gateway through a gigabit switch. I have a gig through my ISP and the fastest speed I could reach is 748mb down and 40mb up with the optimize feature disabled.

First off, this is a really poor way to collect feedback. It’s a mess, and it’s unclear whether the developers are listening to anything said here.

Second, let me reiterate that Optimize for Conferencing and Gaming really really needs to optimize for streaming video as well as conferencing. It is massively frustrating to watch my TV stutter continuously just because my son is downloading games on the Playstation. Please, please fix this!

You need to let customers have a way of splitting the 5GHz/2.4GHz up it’s been requested a million times.

pool_master 5 years ago eero said they have no plans, and they still have no plans.  Still not a priority for them.  I agree a nice to have, but not happenig.

Provide more details on what is being blocked. Providing just a number of "events" in a graph is nowhere near good enough for people who decide on a subscription. Seeing what is blocked helps the user/admin make decisions and explain to the family "what has Dad done to the WiFi again?"

    Thanks 👍

Is it possible to create a mesh network using our Amazon Echo (5th Gen) devices in NZ & Australia? I was told by a phone rep that that is only a feature in the US & Canada, yet it’s widely advertised?

Hi -- this is my first post here.

I noticed that our MyQ Garage Opener Control (myQ-G0401-ES) fails to keep connection with the eero router if WPA3 (eero Labs option) is turned ON. I haven't troubleshot further if something is mitigatable, but the connection goes back to stable if I turn off the eero Lab feature.

    Is that known issue?
