Can we actually get some new features in the app? It's been literally years for features beyond bug fixes.

    - tool to detect node signal strength for locations / placement assistance

    - ability to filter/sort the device list. We need to find devices by MAC address to ID them, for example. This is a very common need. This honestly would be a week's work worst case for a junior dev.

    - give a prompt when a device is joining the network for the first time to approve or block. Use case is the iphone private mode IPs. I want to have the owner disable private mode on their phone, not allow them to constantly look like new devices on the eero and jump outside of their assigned profiles.

You guys are owned by Amazon now. Frontier is reselling your devices  You should have the funding to blast part competitor feature sets.

peterconnor66 you're welcome.  Hope it gets resolved soon.  They're really good if you call rather than email.

Sdworman my dude.   It literally says at the top of the page to put development ideas on the page.   So, if it isn’t monitored it’s going to just be a page of people bitching about their eeros.  . I would also stop getting butthurt about people complaining, it’s inevitable.

danoutlaw3 call customer service to get a faster response.  This information on this page will get overlooked.  When you call a case is opened and can be tracked.  The time it took to post, you could call.

Sdworman I’ve already called customer service.  It didn’t help.   They told me to plug all my eeros in.  I was sitting right next to one plugged in and this still happened.  I came here to get advice from other community members.   Thanks.

Would be nice if the conference and gaming prioritization feature actually prioritized gaming like it claims it does, when you're supposed to have DL speeds of up to a Gbps and never quite get over 300 Mbps, that clearly shows that it's not prioritizing anything, I have less lag and jitter running my consoles through a highspeed cellular hotspot than I do using the eeros, the fact that I play ranked pvp and have been banned for leaving early which is when the net is so bad I get booted from the games sometimes every couple of minutes, please fix your net or honestly quit advertising something you can't provide especially at a monthly payment of nearly $100.00, had better gaming experiences using Comcast Xfinity Blast, and if it was available at my current location I wouldn't give Mediacom or the eeros system a thought, fix your products

Jeffrey Shaw eero is charging you $100/mo? Eero+ is only $9.99/mo. I think you're confusing eero with your ISP.

Optimize for Conference and Gaming isn't intended to improve a bad Internet connection. It just does load balancing, so you can download games in the background while you play without hogging all the bandwidth.

Calion it is the lag that is the problem with eero when I do a speed test the ping is at 600 the speed from isp is at 150 fiber which it should be, but the lag from the eero is 600 which slows down the speed to other devices I have tried to address this with eero labs and they have not come up with a solution

peterconnor66 I didn't ask about the router. I asked about the modem. Plug a laptop into the modem via Ethernet and run Speedtest.

peterconnor66 The eero only accepts an Ethernet cable. I assure you that the cable coming into your house is not Ethernet.

Calion I connect the eero to the internet through the box on the wall with a Ethernet net cable I do not have a modem the eero is the modem which connects straight to the internet. I am in the UK maybe things are different where you are

peterconnor66 There's a modem of some sort somewhere. If you live in an apartment building, you may not have access to it.

What I'm trying to get at is that the problem is probably with your ISP, not your router.

Calion But it doesn't matter. Plug your laptop into the Ethernet from the wall and run Speedtest.
