Reporting trouble with the wpa 3 configuration. I have a new Samsung S25G phone that will not connect when WPA 3 is enabled. Kicks both of our Samsung cell phones off the network stating password error.  When the feature is disabled the phone's reconnect with no problem.

Can we have app support to delete items from eero? In the case of sold or items I no longer have, it would be nice to clean up the app a bit and delete items that are no longer in the household.

This is awesome to be apart of beta testing on new improvements.

I think it is imperative to have the option of toggling bandwidths to easily set up devices that can only use 2.4ghz. Right now I have to use a work around and it’s frustrating to say the least.

Why can’t I choose the “beacon” I want to connect to? I’ve got devices connected across the house instead of the beacon closest & without the best connection.

The bandwidth optimization is great. An improvement will be to prioritize which devices are critical for bandwidth, so if quality suffers there's a lower probability of the critical devices suffering

Myckel double Nat isn’t a big issue just means it detects a NAT from the cable gear and a Nat from the eero. In many ways a double Nat actually adds a small amount of extra security.

QoS? By MAC or by TCP port. I'd like to be sure any VoIP traffic or a specific machine is prioritized to the Internet.

Issue with devices connecting once enabling WPA3 feature on EERO router. In this instance it was Apple TV. I don’t know what Apple software there were running when I noticed the issue but once I disable the EERO WPA3 lab feature I was able to connect and update the APPLE TV’s to the latest update available which was 7.6.1. After the Apple TV updates and a restart I reenabled the WPA3 feature on the EERO which then again did not allow the APPLE TV to connect. It would show the network but once you tried to connect it would display a error message that the password was incorrect.

Again disabling WPA3 would allow those devices to connect.

I thought this feature allowed enhanced security for devices that are WPA3 capable, not disable or removed backward connectivity for WPA2 devices.

The WPA3 Beta kills my Epson Workforce 545 printer.  When I turn it on, the printer drops off of the network and magically re-appears when I turn off WPA3 Beta

gormleys Me too. I have an Eason NX430 that does the same. The diagnostic says MAC address filtering is enabled, which is not the case.

Jgarber Confirmed my Epson NX430 must have WPA3 Beta disabled to prevent network connection error due to "MAC address filtering".

    Hello,

I know you don’t specialize in security devices however adding a protocol for additional content filtering would be awesome. For instance I have a young but very tech savvy kid who loves YouTube I would love the ability at the profile level to block YouTube from any of my kids devices.

it would be great to add a feature where you can choose the 2.4 or 5 frequency.

also it'd be great to add a "prioritize" feature where you can choose the"prioritized" devices

Have the Band Steering installed and while it appears to start and stay with the 5ghz signal for longer periods when I move to an area a little further away it switches 2.4ghz and stays there even if I am right near an Eero. Also, if I am a couple of rooms away and I "forget" the connection and re-enter the password it will reconnect at 5G with a relatively strong signal (the 2.4G signal is stronger) and link rate. The link rate of the 2.4G connection  (albeit a stronger signal) is 150mps below the 5G signal when I reconnect.

It seems to me that it is still all to willing to drop the 5G signal for the 2.4G signal when the 5G signal drops 20% or so without reference to the link speed or data rate.

Using an Eero Pro 6 I was unable to connect my Cannon printer (which only works on a 2.4 network) to the Eero router after I turned off Band Steering and Local DNS Caching.  Just thought you might want to know. :)
