Making Devices Accessible to the guest network
I wonder if anyone has asked for this before , but it seems google wi-fi has it .
The ability ot expose certain devices like printers or ipods etc from the main network to the guest network. My kids have friends over and they game on the wi-fi and making the device accessible so i only give out the guest network to people would be awesome.
FYI we have a Circle and making my kids use the guest wi-fi to do this just kills the whole parental control thing with Circle .
Since Circle is not supported by Google Wi-fi i just spent the money to buy eero.

Hi fuadar —
Thanks for your post and welcome to the eero community!
Would you mind elaborating a bit more? Are you wondering if a device (like Circle) can be used on both the main and guest network at the same time? Or, are you looking to just use the guest network for certain users and devices?
Thanks again!

Jeff C. Basically Circle can only monitor 1 network. As such i will use it in the main network . What i want to do is make certain devices accessible to the guest network. So we can have cross device play without actually have to switch networks. This functionality is available on Google Wi-fi https://support.google.com/wifi/answer/6340375?hl=en

It would also help on things like Apple TV or Chromecast.

i have a similar need. Setting up Eero to provide both staff and guest Internet access for our church. I would like to make the printers available to guests, but not other staff resources like our NAS.

Perhaps some sort of filter that allows all guest network members to access selected devices on the main network. My use case is sort of an Airbnb rental thing where I'd like for my guests to be able to chromecast to the TV or Print.
