Anyone gone from eero Pro to WiFi 6 Pro?

And more specifically....

Are you seeing either a substantial increase in WiFi speed on a WiFi 6 compatible device and/or better coverage in your home?

I started installing my eero Pro 6 kit yesterday and have 2 of the 3 units installed.  I have Comcast/Xfinity Gigabit service that gives me wired speeds of >900Mbps download and up to 40Mbps upload. My prior eero install had a Pro Gateway and 5 Beacons.  With my prior eero system, my iPhone showed speeds of 166Mbps download and 35.5Mbps upload in my favorite chair in our living room (Xfinity Speed Test).  I disconnected the entire old system, and using the new Pro 6 units, my iPhone showed 709Mbps download and 40.0Mbps upload. An amazing speed difference.

    Paul,

This is the kind of response that I was looking for.

So you went from 1 Pro and 5 Beacons with speeds of 166Mbps to 3 Pro 6 units with the speed of 709Mbps?  That is incredible you can get that kind of WiFi speed in your home.

I can only get about 400Mbps with 5 of the older Pro units

I've just replaced 3 gen 2 Pros with 3 eero 6 Pros late yesterday. My speeds are 400 down and 20 up via Spectrum. I've hit 500 mbps in the last few minutes with a wireless iMac one hop away from my gateway on a wireless 6 Pro. Simply amazing..the best I could from my gen 2 Pro in the same spot and with the same iMac in the past was 350 mbps.
