Port-forwarding doesn't seem to be working

Hey everybody,

I own an Eero Pro 6, and have been trying to open a port. As far as I know, I have set everything up correctly in the app and the port should be open, but when I check it, it is unreachable. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Port Forwarding can be a little tricky to setup, we have tried to make it as simple as possible but it still requires some understanding of how to set it up in our app. I have shared an article below on the steps needed to set this up correctly. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you are still experiencing difficulties after follow this process.

James -- OP has since replied stating your guide is not working for him, but you have not followed up as you said that you would. Quite discouraging.

I am also having this issue. Pretty straight forward -- I configure port forwarding on a device within my network as your guide explains, yet the port does not show as open on services such as https://canyouseeme.org/. This guide is great if things work, but they are clearly not for all users. Please support us!

it would seem that eero's help is next to useless. They make a product that does not allow too much tinkering, yet do not give us a way to do the most basic of settings.  The only thing this mesh router is any good at is keeping the papers on my desk from flying away!

... it seems, that this "feature" is only working on selected ports - i managed to get it working for a set of ports (80/443) to one destination address .. forwarding a port to a second machine seems to be broken - honestly: this is basic, very basic stuff - i would apprechiate to get more help and guidance on this topic - otherwise i'm forced to replace the boxes ... my 10 year old AVM (yes i'm from germany) is capable of doing this .. just FYI; we are approaching 2024 - so please help us !!!!

I seem to have this same problem. Port forwarding of four ports to a single computer has been working. I removed one of the ports from that computer's "reservation" and added it to another server's (new) "reservation," but port forwarding is not working. I haven't been able to access the second computer on that port.

Update: Port-forwarding may have kicked in with a delay. I'm unsure because I'm having a problem using the port, but my current problem may be unrelated to port forwarding. I see bug reports this week from other acme.sh users hitting the same error I am.
