IPv4: no addresses available

I have several devices connected to my eero network. However, one device, a QNAP NAS, is only assigned an IPv6 address. The IPv4 record says 'no addresses available.' I've turned off IPv6 and rebooted, but the NAS device is not recognized at all. The app has the latest update. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

    Also, the NAS is hardwired to the gateway eero through an ethernet switch.

    Hello,

    How many devices do you have connected to your eero? It could be that you have a device that is reconnecting with a new mac id every time it connects and is holding a bunch of IP addresses hostage. I would reach out to our phone support line so we can take a look at your network for a better understanding of what is happening.
