Philips hue bridge (wired) not shown as a device at all.

I think there’s a bug that means the hue bridge is never shown as a device. No matter which of my EERO I plug it into with the Ethernet cable it doesn’t show up. It means that some devices are able to join the network and not be seen!

Can you please give our support a call or follow the directions in the direct message I will send you shortly so we can troubleshoot and identify why the Hue Bridge may not be showing up as a connected device?
