cMoo92 one at a time.. both are not on at the same time.  My WiFi devices do infact support those speeds.. especially the PCIe board which fully supports 2401 up/down.. full 802.11ac... it’s 4 feet away and gets .. the same as the iPhone... 650mbs.  

cMoo92 please.. unless you know what you’re actually talking about.. don’t commentZ I’m not murdering anything, and even if I did have another router in, they are separated by frequency... not to mention does your neighbors WiFi “suddenly” murder your throughout when they have a router too? Not to mention the other non-sense your posting, like waiting for “days” for it to “learn” my environment. Lemme tell ya— this little toy doesn’t have some Fancy AI, at best some heuristics which it can haven’t in 30 seconds... it would appear you like to comment with a lot of useless info, are you in their marketing department or sales so we don’t all return these now?

Richard1864 Richard... let me give you a better example:  Direct-to-socket connection via native host API (Winsock/Sockets/etc).  The Eero Pro-6 is topping out at 650mb/sec.  (There's no internet involved).  Enternet ports are transferring at 1gb (980mbs to be specific).   My 7000P Nighthawk is pushing 550/mbs (Wifi-5).

So, to address your "Wifi" (lets forget the word 'internet' since I eliminated it, and it has nothing to do with this anyway since I have a constant 1GB to the Speed-test server (its my ISP, direct-fiber, no hops anyway).

My point is simple:  I expected more than an 18% improvement over Wifi-5 (802.11ac) compared to Wifi-6 (802.11ax).  In theory, the spec got upwards of 2.3+GB/sec does it not?  Furthermore, my Wifi card indicates the connection is 1201/1201 (up/down link speed) [yes thats 1201, not 1200 :shrug:].  So, in theory, latency aside (since we're talking a stream not burst), it should be able to move >650mb/sec, and it does NOT.

However, I'm now seeing reviews of other routers which are infact hitting the 1gb/sec speed (those on fiber also) with other routers, and testing against the EERO and topping out (like myself) at 650mb/sec.

To ME this implies there's something wrong with the implementation/firmware or just a plain 'ole bug in the code, or its CPU isn't fast enough to handle Wifi-6.

Richard1864 umm... no you’re much worse off... 41mb up speed? Are you using a 56k modem for your uplink?? You’re WAAAAYYYY worse off than me.  I have 1gb up/down wired and 650mb up/down WiFi (peer to peer(enternet)) or internet— same for me since speedtest goes directly to my isp.. I thought I had it bad.. ouch!
