poor connectivity and poor support
Unfortunately, I can only give bad reviews. Connectivity and reliability are extremely poor. Support even worse.
Performance:
1. Drops constantly
2. Coverage. Poor. I have 3 eeros for a 3k SFT house. Frontier covers 66%. All i need is 33%. But eero can't extend and it drops constantly.
3. Every time its set up, it drops again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
1. Very unresponsive. 7 phone calls. They reset. Add no value. Don't fix.
2. Emails for support take 2-3 days to respond. Auto response. Garbage.
3. Warranty of a yr. Hah! See below re their response re request for refund, after product does not perform after 4 mons.

Personally, I can't criticize the support I have received. They have been very responsive to my issues.
What I can say is that there seems to be a common issue with these Eero systems as of late. The complaints in this forum and elsewhere don't lie. A lot of people are complaining about signal drops that bring the entire mesh network down for several moments.
The thing that bothers me is that support is obviously aware of this problem. They just can't admit it over the phone. Instead of coming up with a fix or doing a recall, they put you through all these steps of dismantling connections as if that is where the problem lies.
I was a huge fan of Eero at the start. I reviewed their products online and urged others to buy them above other brands. However, with all these complaints about signal drops and no fix for them, I have no alternative but to look to other mesh vendors for WiFi 6 or the eventual WiFi 6E.
It's sad. I had hoped Eero was better than this. If there is an issue with these units, do the right thing and replace them out of warranty instead of making us jump through all these hoops for a fix that isn't there.
Just my two-cents.
