Anyone else having issues with Roku not streaming videos? It was working okay before we left on vacation. Now nothing.

Do you have any of the lab, beta, or security features on?

Not sure. Where are those located on eero app?

I have unhooked all my Eero’s and switched to Google Nest which has connected all my devices that Eero would not allow. Will return them to Amazon for full refund. Engineering has some work to do there to solve this issue.

Afternoon noon folks. I had this problem when I first installed my eero about two years ago. My fix was to keep my router and put eero into bridge mode. This worked.
my router just died and I tried to use just my eero and it looks like the same issue.
anyone know any other settings to make roku stream with eero? I see some people are getting a new backs modem, I would rather not do that.
thanks.

Just set up eero with Verizon Fios using eero in bridge mode. Every device in the house is working great, streaming fine (Firestick, laptops, iPads, etc) except for our main Roku TV. We can connect and navigate through all the channels, but can't actually get anything to play. Any suggestions?

Just bought a set of eero routers and am having a terrible time with all the Roku devices in our house. Will be calling support. I’ll reply back here if I manage to get it resolved, or just return them. Had none of these issues with my previous Netgear setup.

My ROKU devices are no longer are working on my EERO network. I’ve isolated it by turning off all other devices. It affects two devices ROKU HD and ROKU Streaming stick. Works fine on my Sharp Smart TV with ROKU TV.
EERO and ROKU played nice together for a while the stopped. So, it must be software related. The streaming was down to 8-9 kbps; I unplugged and the plugged back in the ROKU HD and if bumped up to 183 kbps; after a while it worked its way up to 333 kbps and even hit 1Mbps but then shrunk back down to 183 to 250 kbps. All the while the picture quality looked like a blurry game of 1980s Bricks or Tetris.
And, of course, EERO support is so sensitive to the Coronavirus situation that they’ve cut back support hours. Really? How dumb do you think your customers are? EERO can be supported from employee homes remotely.
And say that ERRO hasn’t figured out how to do that. The reduction in support is to save money, which is fine, but don’t blame it on COVID-19. Puh-leeze!
You broke it, EERO; so, ... fix it! Please!

I recently got a Streambar and linked it to my eero network (also fairly new). I too had problems with both wireless and wired networking... That is until I added the Roku to the guest network. Not had any problems since I did this.
