Issues

I've owned my eeros for about 15 months and the first 14 months were a delight.  I never ever had to touch the eero; it just worked and worked well.

After the last update (I forget the exact date of the update, but it was about a month ago), I've had my first eero issues.

For example, one morning, I could no longer see my Synology DiskStation from Windows Explorer ("Network Destination not reachable").  I rebooted all the eeros which didn't work, as 2 of my satellites never connected.  So, I rebooted them individually, starting with the master, waiting for it to connect, then rebooting all the others one at a time.

Everything worked fine for a week.  This morning, I noticed slow network performance and I could no longer see my DiskStation from Windows Explorer.  Also, I could no longer print to my wireless Canon MX printer ("Printer is offline").

I just finished rebooting everything (about 20 minutes) and now I can access the DiskStation and the printer.

Is anyone else seeing this, or am I the only lucky one?  Any way I can revert to the old firmware, which worked flawlessly for me?

Thanks for any input.
