Don't offline if you cannot find cloud servers

I use the devices in bridge mode. If my ISP drops the connection, the eeros cannot function at all. So, if I am trying to diagnose the issue, I cannot use a wireless device to help. Please have it so that the wifi network still operates in the absence of a sound internet connection.

Local wifi should not go down if my cable provide goes down. Now if fios or timewarner cable goes down my local network does down too, I no longer can access locally connected computer or NAS or printer etc

    Hi  rwwarrenjr

Thanks for reaching out. As  htyen1 mentioned, your local network should still be accessible even if there is an outage. When you are having an outage, you can still control your local devices by connecting your phone to the wireless network. However, if you'd like to actually use the internet, you'll need to make sure your mobile device's WiFi is toggled off since internet traffic is unable to pass through.

    I hope this helps!
