Buying a used eero how do I reset it

      Hmaciel and the eero LED has flashed red?

  • Yes it flashed red and then when I tried to find it it would tell me it's on someone else account and had to be removed

      Raphael I did it keeps telling me it’s still on someone else’s account t and needs to be removed from that account

      Hmaciel You need to do a hard reset and not just a soft reset. If that doesn't work, contact eero support.
