Did that it keeps telling me that it's on someone else's account and has to be deleted from that account
Hmaciel and the eero LED has flashed red?
Yes it flashed red and then when I tried to find it it would tell me it's on someone else account and had to be removed
Hmaciel try using the serial number when connecting?
is this gen1 or gen2?
Raphael I did it keeps telling me it’s still on someone else’s account t and needs to be removed from that account

Hmaciel You need to do a hard reset and not just a soft reset. If that doesn't work, contact eero support.
