My connection is unstable

For months we have been experiencing serious issues with Eero. The device goes down throughout the day. I work from home and while I’m in meetings the internet goes down and comes up unexpectedly. This happens frequently to the point I use my cellphone just to have meetings so that I don’t lose connection. Sunday I was not able to get my sons Xbox or Firestick connected to the internet. We hard reset all of the Eero Devices. We ended up having to do 3 restarts to get one of his devices in his room to be able to connect to Eero. Then 15 minutes later the internet went down again taking other devices down. This is unacceptable. I really want to have my money given back on all 5 devices that we have that works intermittently. When I contact Eero all they do is have us hold the power button down on the devices to reset and clear the cache which doesn’t fix the issue. The issue presents itself again within 12 hours after the reset. I’m dissatisfied with the devices as they are not serving the purpose that they were intended to.

There can be a lot of reasons why this might be happening and I would like to take a look into this for you and help you get the stability behavior resolved.
