Total BS. This will more than triple my cost for features I don't want and won't use. I will probably just end up dropping subscription entirely. I'll look for another mesh setup to recommend to the folks who come to me for advise.

 I don't need eero to sell me a password manager, VPN or antivirus solution, so I was very happy with eero Secure. I like the ad blocking, content filtering and data usage stats. eero Secure was perfect for that and a reasonable price.

I'll be dropping the $100 "Plus" subscription and using third party solutions for ad-blocking and content filtering. There are a number out there that won't cost me $100 per year! It'll suck to lose the integrated nature of the Secure subscription, and the data usage stats, but there's no way they are worth that much.

This just seems like a way to gouge more revenue from their faithful subscriber base.
