Customer Service

I have called Eero customer service and have been kept on hold for an eternity.  I’ve requested help via the online portal and get no answer. What’s going on with this company?

  • I need to chime in on this as well.  Spent two hours on hold yesterday and had to hang up.  As I type now, I called at 7:02 Pacific time (2 minutes after tech support opened) and have been waiting for 50 minutes.  I think the company might consider beefing up their tech support response team.

  • Me too. I’ve been waiting 1hr 14min and counting. No reply from my Previous email. Fantastic support

  • I waited on hold last weekend for an hour and 20 minutes, then spent another almost 2 hours with a customer service rep who did his best and looped in his supervisor to help with connection speeds through my Roku. They weren't able to help, but recommended in the meantime that I connect my old nighthawk router to the Eero gateway and connect my Roku to that router. Kind of defeats the purpose...Is there anyone at Eero who can help or should I just return this system and try Google?

  • I submitted a ticket a few days ago, aside from the automated 'we got your message' I've heard nothing. I have a pretty critical interruption that I need to resolve and I'm not inclined buy another eero based on this support behavior.
