
Customer Service
I have called Eero customer service and have been kept on hold for an eternity. I’ve requested help via the online portal and get no answer. What’s going on with this company?

I waited on hold last weekend for an hour and 20 minutes, then spent another almost 2 hours with a customer service rep who did his best and looped in his supervisor to help with connection speeds through my Roku. They weren't able to help, but recommended in the meantime that I connect my old nighthawk router to the Eero gateway and connect my Roku to that router. Kind of defeats the purpose...Is there anyone at Eero who can help or should I just return this system and try Google?
