Gen 1 eero's randomly refuse to allow mobile devices access to internet
Hi Guys,
So a new problem that has crept in I want to say over the last 30-45 days with one of your updates. My two eeros are on v3.7.0-948 and what I am experiencing is random connectivity issues.
This appears to only effect mobile devices but both my iPhone 8, and iPad along with a Samsung Galaxy S9+ will connect to my primary wifi network but will report they are not connected to the internet. The solution go into the eero APP while not on wifi and restart the network.
Once this is done problem seems solved for about a week and then I am dead again. This reminds of the days of Linksys were things would just randomly stop working and that good old unplug and reboot fixed the problem.
On a side note, nothing with my network has changed, no new devices, same internet, same modem.
Any thoughts or ideas?

Hey Skeeter —
Sorry to hear the issue you’re running into. Definitely not the typical experience.
If you haven’t yet, please power cycle your modem. You may also want to check and see if there are any updates available for these devices.
If the issue continues, shoot us an email at support@eero.com and a member of our team will start digging into this with you.

I had a similar issue a couple days ago, but with a laptop. It was connected to the network, but no internet. All other devices (phones/roku/laptops) were fine, just the one laptop I was using could not get internet.
Ran the Windows networking troubleshooter several times, rebooted the laptop several times, no go. Couldn't reboot router at the time as wife and son were doing stuff and didn't want to break connection.
The next morning everything was fine w/the laptop again, and I've had no similar issues before or since. Just sharing this as a data point.
