Fire TV Sticks 2.4Ghz DFS Channels

Hi

My woes with these eero devices continues.

All Fire TV sticks are connecting to the 2.4Ghz band, its crazy.  I found an article online where someone said the Fire TV Sticks won't connect on the DFS channels:

I did a little searching, and found that Amazon has made it so their devices will not connect over the middle–range DFS channels (52–144) in the 5GHz band, only connecting to channels on either ends (36–48 and 149–161) of the spectrum.

As we don't have the control to set channels in the eero app I have no option to put the Fire sticks on 5Ghz, so streaming is massively impacted.

All of my Fire TVs connect to 5ghz DFS channels on my Pro 6es. Not sure if it has to do with the specific models. I have a Fire TV 4k Max gen 1, a gen 2, Fire TV 4k (last gen) and a Fire TV Cube 3rd gen.

EDIT: I should add that currently they are connected to channel 52
