IPV6 not working on Xbox Series X

Hi, I setup an Eero Pro 6 gateway and a second unit as a mesh point yesterday. Before I did this I have been using a UniFi Dream Machine and the original Google WiFi, with these two routers my Xbox has got an IPV6 address fine. With the Eero it does not, my ISP does support IPV6, both 48 and 64, I use an old Open Reach Huawei HG612 VDSL modem.
I also use PPPOE, I had to set up my Eero as double bar with my Google WiFi first to update the firmware, I then changed its configuration manually to PPPOE in the app after.

Now after I did this I found videos to be stuttering on devices and I wouldn't get all the thumbnails in apps like Netflix. But today this seems to have been resolved.

On my gateway I don't have a global IP address but I have Unique Local and two Link Local IPV6 addresses.

How can I get IPV6 to work on my Xbox? I have IPV6 in my iPhone and iPad but have been told that might just be from the Eero and not from the ISP?

I see that in my settings I have no IPV6 DHCP DNS addresses entered. I have these from my ISP, but cannot enter them as I signed up for the eero secure trial, and I cannot cancel or disable my eero secure trial? Can anyone do this for me? I won't continue with it.

You are not alone with this. I am having the same issue. I was on the phone for 2hours today with customer service and they told me they can't do anything about it after hours of troubleshooting. I talked to frontier internet for 3hours and they had no answer either. Microsoft would send me on A loop back to them. I'm at a total loss.

I fixed my original issue by resetting my whole setup and starting again after I updated the firmware. It worked, however, now my Eero Pro 6 intermittently just loses IPV6 addresses from my provider, I have to reset them to get it back. I am using the same provider and modem I had with my previous routers which did not intermittently lose IPV6. I’ve contacted support regarding this and shall await their reply.
