GE Quirky (Aros) air conditioner will not stay connected

I'm able to connect my GE "Quirky" (Aros) smart air conditioner (purchased from Home Depot) to my Eero network for a minute or so and then it disconnects and then of course I can no longer manage it with the Wink app.

I've tried reserving an IP address on the Eero as well as switching to bridge mode with no success.

Anyone else get this or any other Wink smart device to work with Eero?
