Has the innovation ended?

Eero,

I can't help to ask if the innovation has ended? We see the list of future requests that are being worked on but no updates on the progress or to the software. When we will see the results?

    Thanks for checking in.

    I can assure you that the innovation hasn't ended, and our team is hard at work on continuing to make eero better each and every day. At the core, the most important aspect of eero is having the best-connected experience in your home. While these are not always flashy features, a lot of work goes into making sure your mesh system is always getting better and performing to the expectations of our customers.

    We've been thankful and excited for all the feature requests we've received since launch, and we continue to evaluate these submissions to see what we can implement and when. 

    To be clear—it isn't that we don't want to do certain things. It just really depends on the availability of resources (people) to make these features work seamlessly within your connected life, as well as where they fit with what we are currently working on. 

    While we don't have any updates to share today, our team has been listening and are hard at work, and we hope that you will be excited about what's to come.
