How to UN-Pause a device

I have a device that is not part of any group but I CANNOT unpause it.  It's an ipod that had previously been paused from time to time but has since been removed and reset.  I have also removed all family groups to ensure nothing is paused.  It's making me nuts.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble unpausing a device.

    A device can only be unpaused from within the eero app. To unpause a device, open the eero app and take the following steps:

    1. Tap the menu button in the top left corner
    2. Tap on Family Profiles
    3. Unpause the profile by pressing the "Resume" button (looks like a play icon)

    If you wouldn't like to pause this device at all, you can remove it from the profile by tapping on the device, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and tapping on Remove From Profile.
