No devices showing connected - but 60 of them are
Woke up this morning to the eero app that is showing none of my 60 devices connected. Also can’t restart eero network through the app ... yet all devices are working normally.
Restarting the eero app doesn’t fix the problem. Will reluctantly unplug the main eeeo for a min to restart it, but has anybody else encountered this ?

The cloud issue should now be resolved, things should be back to normal now.

I had the same issu this afternoon - I resolved it by uninstalling my base router and reinstalling- seems to have resolved the issue - interested to know what admin advises as to the issue

All my devices are back.

I have lost nearly all my devices. They show as not connected but are. I havec28 devices and o n ly 3 show as connected. Anyone k n ow what I need to do to get them back?

Eero support has there been a resolution on this old issue?
I am seeing exactly the same issue. No devices showing as connected (there was an error with your request please try again later). but devices are actually connected.
but more importantly, I am paying for eero secure and I see that no profiles and filters are applied.
I have tried restarting eero without success.
