Eero Plus and bandwith usage & slow WiFi

New user and very impressed with the eero, owner of two eero router pack.   Signed up for the Eero Plus trial and was curious if when it’s active and scanning, does it impact bandwith speed?  I’m not sure it’s that alone, but in my smart home of 40+ devices, sometimes due to slow speeds,  i have to disconnect say my iPhone or iMac then reconnect to gain full 150 MB, what I actually pay for.   Is this normal?

  • This isn’t normal behavior. I’d recommend calling or emailing eero support so they can look into the issue with you.
