Eero/Sonos/Xfinity

Does anyone have ideas of how to integrate these three systems?  I have an Xfinity modem with a Sonos system that has worked flawlessly for years.  Two days ago, I added Eero 6 to extend my Wifi (and removed my Apple Extreme).  Now, my Sonos cannot locate my network, even when it's hardwired to the modem or to the Eero via an Ethernet cable.  I have both  2.4 and 5 networks, in addition to the mesh network from Eero.  I'm missing my music!  Can you help?  Thank you!

    Hello,

When setting up your eero network to use with Sonos it is very important that your eero network not be in a double NAT. You want the eero network connected directly into the modem and if your modem is a modem router combo you will want it placed in bridge mode. Sonos systems have issues connecting to networks that are in a double NAT state.

Also, I have shared a link below that will help you get your Sonos back up and running on your eero network.

Let me know if you have any questions,

wcarlyle Yep! You can bridge yoru eero network in your app. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> DHCP & NAT and then select bridge.

      Thank you,

      James
