Zigbee Server Unresponsive

I purchase a Eero 6+ 7 months ago and have been using my 2 Zigbee devices (1x power plug and 1x Switch for Hot Water) connected to my 2nd Eero unit fine for at least 4 months now. All of a sudden this week the Zigbee server is unresponsive. I’ve tried restoring all 3 eero units to factory settings and reinstalling the whole system and I’ve done testing on both my Zigbee appliances. Anyone got an idea what is going on? I notice my Eero did a firmware update recently, could that be it? Otherwise should i return the units for a replacement? I must still be under warranty.

    The technical service of eero is a shit I take since June 12 that updated the firmware version with this problem and today after 3 weeks they know that the eero has a zigbee hub and the last answer they give me is that if I restart the eero I have to reconfigure all the zigbee. They don't know what they're talking about
