Eeros zone extenders getting very hot; I have emailed customer support twice in last few days but have gotten no response.

For urgent issues or requests like these, please give us a call on our support line at 877-659-2347. While we do answer every email we receive, it generally takes a bit longer for us to respond through email. Thanks again for being part of the eero family, and for all of your patience.

      Kora (eero Support) thank you I did call twice but the wait times were very long; I hung up after 1/2 hour
