Are Updates Causing Problems or is it Just My Luck?
Back in early December, an update was pushed out that broke one of my Eero's. It appears this has happened again with the most recent update. Is this a common problem, or am I just unlucky?
I want to add that support has been fantastic! I'd just prefer to not have to contact them at all. :-)
I think you just have bad luck (probably not a good time in your life to go buy a lottery ticket or to go skydiving).
I've never had an update impact any of my 3 eeros, and I'm even in the beta program.
