Why no Eero Plus for Puerto Rico customers?

I been asking on Twitter and via email about this with no clear answer from Eero employees about not offering Eero Plus in Puerto Rico. At first they mentioned that I'm not located in the US region so the hardware shouldn't be sold here because it isn't compatible. But that's simply not true. And according to Amazon and Best Buy we're part of the US and Eero hardware is sold here through this stores. I bought my Eero's at my local Best Buy, where they even have ads for Eero Plus. I configured my Eero and it's beacons with no problem since PR is regulated by the FCC so we have the same frequencies as continental US.

So when time came to try Eero Plus it was nowhere to be found on the app. Upon talking to support I got the bad news that it was geo ip blocked on my location. This is misleading because there is ads on Best Buy about the feature. Also I have a 1Password subscription which is offered as part of Eero Plus, and that service also considers me US. My phone number is US and Credit Card also. So what's really stopping Eero from offering this???? besides just not knowing about the reality of Puerto Rico in regards to Communications and Business.

P.S. I opened this thread because it was recommended by Eero support on Twitter.
