Quality of Service Issue with Logic?
Hi guys, Just got fibre and the eero 6 non pro (plus extender but for purpose of testing i removed it for now). There appears to be a very real problem with QOS allocation of bandwidth. If our PS5 or Mac or a device is downloading a large file then all other devices have wifi but zero Internet connectivity for the duration of the download. As soon as the download completes all the other devices come back to life. Can someone verify this is an issue in latest software 6.4.0?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download large app or file on iPhone or laptop/mac/PS5 etc.
2. Try to view Internet page on the same or any other device - time-out occurrs ‘not connected to internet’.
3. Cancel download or allow to complete - all devices are now fine again.
Ive tried a factory reset this morning, same issue.
Thanks guys.

Update on this after further testing - I originally thought this to be any device downloading large data causing this issue however whilst those devices slow down the Internet they don’t wipe it out completely so normal behaviour for those. The QOS issue appears to be caused by recent devices with Wifi6 i.e an iPhone 12 downloading large amounts of data completely uses 100% of bandwidth and all other devices error and time-out until the iPhone is complete.
If someone has a wifi 6 device and eero 6 I’d appreciate a quick test as described to rule out a problem with the router. Software related I can live with as this will probably be fixed as adoption increases.
