Netflix series not appearing

Hi all

Have eero 6 (not pro) and for some reason it is stopping the next season of a show on Netflix showing even though it’s available.

When using mobile data the series shows, when I turn on the wifi on my router it shows but if I go back onto the eero network it disappears.

I don’t have eero plus so I am lost as to what the root cause could be.

I have lodged a support ticket but wondering if anyone has come across this before.

did this ever get resolved for you? It started happening for us sometime in the past week. (First noticed it last night since now we can't get Great British Baking Show on Netflix on our Eero network. 🙀😭) The show comes up fine for us when we switch to the lousy wifi that the modem outputs directly.

I also do something similar as workaround. Once you get in to Netflix, you can try to switch back to eero network. That works for me.

I got the same problem. I don’t know when this problem started but I just noticed it a few weeks ago when I couldn’t find the programs that were available on Netflix US.

I spoke with Netflix support and they also asked me to use mobile data to check. Same as your case, all missing programs appeared as soon as I disconnected from my eero pro 6 and used mobile data. The support suggested me to discuss with my internet provider but I have all the tools to figure out that I am always using a US IP.

I have the same problem to all the devices at home, no matter it is wired or wireless connection to eero.

The problem is definitely with eero. But unfortunately I don’t know why it seems to affect only a small portion of eero users!

Thanks for the thoughts,  ! Eero support suggested that I put the Eero network into 'bridge mode'....but by the time they said so, the problem had magically fixed itself... 👍🙄🤷‍♂️ I'm glad to have this deep bench of workarounds, though, for the next time it happens.

Glad you got it fixed! Although I have a workaround for that, I really want to know what Netflix “thinks” I’m currently located. I can view most of the programs, just missed 2 (so far) that are available to many countries with Netflix 😮💨
