Upgraded to 2gb Fiber but only getting 1gb wired...
Just upgraded my internet provider from 1 GB to 2 GB service and my hard-wired Eero Pro 6E only shows 955mb up and down. When I plug my laptop directly into the service provider's modem, I get 2+ GB up and down. Have tried using supplied ethernet cable as well as a new Cat 6e cable with the same results. Software Version v6.15.2-99 What am I missing, is the Eero limited to 1 GB connection?

On the back of the eero Pro 6E, there are two ports. One is labeled "2.5" and one is labeled "1". You need to make sure your modem is connected to the "2.5" port (meaning it supports 2.5Gbps). It sounds like you have your modem connected to the 1Gbps port on the eero.
