Scheduled Pause Turns Off

I have two Scheduled Pauses set up for my son’s profile. When I check them every few days they are off. I click to turn them on. Click save, and all looks good. Then a day or two later, they are off. 

I've checked my son’s iPhone and Screen Time, and I don't see that he has access to the Eero app. Could he be accessing the eero settings another way?
 

Or is this a glitch I need to fix?

    Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the community. We do not have a way to monitor who might be turning this setting off or even if it is being turned off. When you see the setting off, is your son's iPhone able to access the internet?

      Yes he can access the internet when it is off. He can access it through cellular anyway. I turn off most of his apps through iOS screen time features, so that isn't the issue. It's his computer I want to stop during certain hours.
