I am able to see the new network using wireless.  But on my PC's which are connected

via ethernet which run to an ethernet switch I can not see the network.

How do I change this?

  • When you say they can’t see the network, what do you mean exactly? Do you mean they can’t see other computers on the same network?

  • I mean the pc's don't see the network or anyone else!

Actually, anything that is connected via Ethernet is not seen on the network or can see the network!!!

  • TJKKW is the network switch directly connected to one of the eeros?

  • Hi  TJKKW —

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear the issue are experiencing.

It looks like  cMoo92 has been helping out, and hopefully, we are getting closer to figuring out what the root of the issue is.

Would you mind providing a bit more information about your topology? Since you are using a switch with your eeros, your network should look like this:

Modem > Gateway eero > Switch > Devices

Is this what your network looks like?

I hope this helps. If you would like to chat with eero support, feel free to give us a call at 1-877-659-2347 or email us at support@eero.com .
