Well I notice im not seeing the eero plus features like content filtering and others that eero says I should be getting after paying....I went to family profile I see the profile but the most I can do is pause that device. Please let me know if im doing something wrong or the features just don't exist.

Mind sending an email to support@eero.com ? A member of our team will be happy to take a look and let you know what’s going on.

That verifies you have eero Plus, so that’s good. Have you tried closing the app and reopening it?

tousaintsharpe unfortunately, I’m away from the computer right now so I’m unable to check anything at the moment. However, our support team should be able to get this squared away for you tomorrow.

I apologize for the early hiccup in your eero Plus experience. This isn’t the expected behavior, but I’m confident our team will be able to identify the issue on their end.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding.

tousaintsharpe any eero (not an eero Beacon) can be used as the main (gateway) eero.

I’m sorry to hear that’s the case. Since eero is currently only available for sale in the U.S. and Canada, those are the only regions where our eero Plus service has been approved for use.

As for selling your eeros, while you can do that, the eero community isn’t the space for such activity so I’ve had to remove the part of your post here, as well as the new topic you made. As per our community guidelines:

The eero community also shouldn't be used as a space to buy or sell goods. Any such behavior will be removed and can potentially result in a suspension or ban.

If you’d like to sell your units, we recommend using a service like eBay.
