eero Community Guidelines

At eero, the customer experience is very important to us. We have an amazing support team, not to mention amazing employees across the company, dedicated to providing our customers and potential customers with the best experience possible. This community is an extension of that, and we intend for it to be a place where everyone feels welcomed and heard.

We’d love to have you join our community. If you wish to participate, please be sure to abide to our Community Guidelines.

Always contact support first
If you're having trouble with your eeros, we ask that you first contact support. Our team is quick to respond and always willing to help you through any issues you're experiencing. Throughout the community, you can find verified solutions for common issues. But since every network is unique, please contact support to initiate a dedicated troubleshooting investigation for your particular needs.

Treat others with respect
This is the most important rule of participating in the eero community. This is not a space to treat others rudely—that behavior simply won't be tolerated. Everyone should feel welcome to share their feedback, ideas, and any issues they may be having. But if you can’t add anything productive to the discussion, please don’t say anything at all.

Provide your honest feedback
The only way we can get better as a company and product is with your honest feedback. While we hope you won’t ever have a bad eero experience, we want to know how we can be better in the future if you do.

Don't use unacceptable language
This one's pretty straightforward. This is not a place to be explicit or offensive. This is a public space, and foul language won’t be tolerated.

Don’t post or ask for coupons or discounts
This is not the space for that type of discussion. We’d love for everyone to get an eero system for their home, and we absolutely want you to take advantage of our promotions when available. However, this isn’t the place to share these offers. The eero community also shouldn't be used as a space to buy or sell goods. Any such behavior will be removed and can potentially result in a suspension or ban.

Don’t offend, threaten or risk someone’s privacy
Everyone in this community should feel they can participate freely, anonymously and without the discomfort of being offended or threatened in anyway. Any sort of behavior like this will not be tolerated.

Share your positive experiences
We love a great story about how eero changed your life. If you have something to share about how eero has improved your home, we encourage you to share it. Your story may inspire others, as well as potentially help people find great use cases for using eero within their homes.

Have a great time :)
Most important of all, we want you to have a great time in our community! We’ve built it with you in mind, so please enjoy it! Ever have any suggestion on how to make it better? Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
