I recently had a tech support ticket opened because I am having consistent issues trying to use a PPTP vpn from a pc in my home network out to devices in the internet that I have to support for my job.  Unfortunately pptp is the only vpn protocol these devices support at the moment.

It may work 1 time then I am unable to get a connection after that.  If I reboot my eero's then again it may work but quickly fails.

I have used many routers/firewalls for my job and never had an issue passing pptp traffic outbound.  No special rules or port forwarding required.  Not sure why this is so difficult to support.  All other vpn protocols I use (L2TP, IPSec) work fine

Anyone else have this issue?  They said they need to open a feature request for it but I think its an engineering defect.
