Sorry for the delayed response back. Wi-Fi SweetSpots is a free app in the App Store that should help you get a good idea of your iPhone-to-Eero speeds. It only uses 1 wifi antenna (out of 2, per the developer) in your iPhone, so multiply the speed it gives you by 2, per the instructions I got from the developer a couple weeks ago, if using iPhone 6 or later.
