Is the Eero community dead? Last post by an employee was 4months ago

This community use to be very active. It's now been 4 months since an official Eero representative posted.

Does this mean the company does not follow this community anymore?

The twitter support suggest to redirect the feature requests here. Is this just a dead end?

If Eero does not listen to anything that's in here, what does this mean for its users?

  • While it's true that Jeff hasn't been active for awhile, there's been at least one other eero employee who's active: https://community.eero.com/profile/18x5q2

  • Hi  Mike5261 —

Thanks for checking in! While I haven't been as active as before (my role at eero has changed a bit), I want to ensure you that this community is still very active and is continuously monitored by eero employees.

As  cMoo92 mentioned, one of our community support team members  Drew is always here looking to answer any questions that come up. Also, when we built the community, we turned on a feature that automatically posts every post from the community into our company Slack program for everyone to see. From the CEO to the engineers that are always improving the product, people throughout the entire organization keep tabs here (as well as on Reddit and other social channels) to gauge feedback and look into any potential issues.

I will continue to try and be active from time-to-time, but if you've ever engaged with our support team in the past, then you know you're in good hands no matter who is helping you.

    Best,

    Jeff
