Been about 6 weeks since last firmware update. Guess we’re due. ... although if it isn’t broken ....
well well.... update came a few hours after my message :)
Don’t forget to not only update your eero, but also update the eero software so that the IPv6 option appears. I just did the IPv6-test.com and got 18 out of 20. For me, the two things lacking are, 1) Get a reverse DNS record, 2) Use IPv6 as your default. Neither of which I currently know how to correct.
.......oh, sorry, my setup is Spectrum 100/20->Netgear CM600->Eero.
Have looked back at eero updates since Feb 2016. My oh my, things have come a long way. Weekly updates have graduated to 4-6 week updates. Stability excellent. Hardware excellent. Support excellent. Eero Plus strong, speedy and does its job.
Evidence of a company fully committed to updating its customers when it needs to. My four eeros and one beacon plugged in for the long run. Yay for eero !
