Issues with smart home devices [Video streaming]
Hello,
Im having issues with Ring Doorbell 2 And Echo Show, both will not stream video [blank screen for a while then it shuts off] , if i dont use eero it works like a charm
i tried bridge mode and manual and automatic, same thing
Please help!

Thanks for taking the time to share your concerns, and sorry to hear about these issues. I wasn't able to pull up any network with your username, so if you can share your email address here, I'd be happy to look into this further for you. If you'd prefer not to do that, calling us at 877-659-2347 will let you speak with an agent directly.
As some preliminary troubleshooting steps to try as a best practice, please give these a shot:- If your network is the same name as your previous WiFi network, the devices could be trying to associate using settings of that previous network – changing the eero network name and having the devices re-join the network could help.
- If you're using a new network name, forgetting the network or clearing out the settings and rejoining can still help remove any hiccups or glitches.
- Once you've connected them to the network, please confirm in the app that they're getting an IP address; if these devices require a manually configured IP address, please make sure it matches the eero network's IP subnet.
- Finally, you may wish to set an IP reservation in the eero app, so the eeros will hand a specific IP address to the devices when they connect. This can improve reliability and ease of connectivity.
