I have an eero pro router and 2 beacons. My Verizon FiOS delivers 100 MBPS up and down (tested it). However, on my laptop which is about 20 feet from a beacon I get 20s and 30s. As a result my performance on Zoom and Teams video calls breaks up, words are lost and I get errors about bad internet. Any suggestions on how to improve it?

I have band steering, local DNS caching and "Optimize for conferencing and gaming" turned on.
