Client not registered

I have a client who had someone else install their Eero system. The person who installed the Eero is not returning my clients phone calls and never registered it with Eero so my client has no way to get into their account. What is the best way to have the client become admin of the account?

    Hello Chris L ,

    The best way is to hard reset the eeros and set them back up with an account using their phone number and email address.
