blocked sites on home network

hi, 

There is  a website that I have used and set up a mobile device but the system does not allow me to access it to do the changes I need to make to the device? How do I go in and allow the the site. The error message I am getting is NX_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

    If you have eero Secure and it is enabled you will have access to the allow site option. The directions are in the article below.
