Unpausing a device using the android app ?

I was playing around with my newly setup Eero, and tried the option to pause a device - unfortunately I did this for my ipad which was running the eero app (not the smartest move in hindsight). I now can't unpause it, since the ipad can no longer connect.

I also have the eero app on my android phone - but there's no sign of a pause/unpause feature there.

Sooo... what do I do to unpause my ipad. Help line is closed.

I don’t have an Android device so I can’t give you the exact steps, but I’m fairly certain the apps are nearly identical. You’ll either unpause it by going to the profile that the iPad is part of, or else by going to the iPad in the list of devices and unpausing it there. There will be an unpause button somewhere in there. Worst case, connect your iPad to a phone hotspot so you’re off the eero WiFi, and then you could unpause your iPad...from your iPad.

Thanks for replying - I dug out another iPad and loaded the app there - sure enough I could unpause the first one, so all resolved.

no sign of pause/unpause on the android version though (I spent a while trying to find it) - you only seem to be able to block/unblock.
